Terms of Service

These terms cover the Essential menu, this website, and any purchase or support you get from us. Read them before you buy.

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Accepting these terms

By buying a plan, installing Essential, or using any part of this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not buy or install the software.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, do not buy or use Essential.

What Essential is

Essential is a menu for FiveM. It runs alongside the game and is paired with a web panel that lets you drive its features from a browser on another device instead of an on-screen overlay.

Essential is licensed, not sold. Paying for a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software on one machine at a time for as long as that plan is active. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the software to you.

Buying, plans and renewal

This website does not take payments. Every purchase happens through a ticket in our Discord server, where a staff member confirms the plan and handles payment. Anyone asking you to pay somewhere else is not us, and we are not responsible for money sent outside that process.

Plans run for the period you paid for. They do not renew automatically: when a period ends, access stops until you renew through a ticket. Prices shown on the site can change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Installation and support

Installation is done with you by a staff member over a remote session. You control that session and can end it at any time. We only touch what the installation requires, and we will tell you what each step does if you ask.

Support runs through Discord tickets and the support email listed on the site. We answer as quickly as we reasonably can; we do not promise a specific response time.

Your risk when you use it

Using Essential may break the rules of FiveM, of Rockstar Games, and of the individual servers you play on. Those operators are free to suspend, ban or remove your access, and they need no reason from us to do it.

That risk is yours alone and you accept it by buying. We do not compensate, refund or replace anything because an account, a licence key for another product, or a server character was banned, wiped or lost.

Essential is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Cfx.re, FiveM, or any server you play on. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

A serious or repeated breach ends your licence immediately and without a refund.

No warranty

Essential is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be undetected, that it will work on every server, that it will be available without interruption, or that a build will keep working after a game or server update. Builds are paused and updated as needed, and a pause is not a fault.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost time, lost accounts, lost characters, lost in-game property, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Essential.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your licence

You can stop using Essential at any time; simply do not renew. We can end a licence immediately if you breach these terms, if a payment is reversed after delivery, or if we stop offering the product entirely.

If we discontinue the product mid-period, we refund the unused part of what you paid for that period.

Changes, law and contact

We can update these terms; the date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially reduces your rights, it applies only from the start of your next period.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of Essential is established, and disputes go to the courts of that place. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Questions about these terms go to a ticket on our Discord or to contact@essential.com.
