What each state means
- Operational — working normally.
- Degraded — usable, but slower or partially affected. Some requests may fail and need retrying.
- Down — unavailable. We are aware of it and working on it; there is no need to report it.

Something broken that isn't listed?
An empty radar is the one to rule out first: it stays empty until FiveM is running and you have joined a server, and that is not an outage. Past that, the documentation covers the common cases; if none of it helps, open a ticket in the Discord and include what you were doing when it failed.
