Privacy Policy
This site has no accounts, no sign-in and no checkout, so it collects almost nothing. This page says exactly what exists, where it lives, and for how long.

What this website stores
Nothing about you is stored on our servers by this website. There is no registration, no login and no payment form here, so there is no profile, password or card number to hold.
Your browser keeps three things locally, on your own device: the light or dark theme you picked, the language you picked, and any menu configurations you saved in the demo on the home page. They never leave your device, we cannot read them, and clearing your browser data deletes them.
What our host records
Like any website, ours runs on a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and they are held for a short period before being deleted.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling on this site.
- We do not collect your files, your browsing history, your keystrokes, or anything about what you play.
- We never ask for card numbers over email, DM or this website.
When you open a ticket
Buying and support both happen on Discord. When you open a ticket, Discord holds your username, your user ID, and whatever you write in the ticket; our staff can read it. That conversation lives on Discord under Discord’s own privacy policy, not ours.
We keep the minimum needed to run a licence: the Discord ID that bought it, which plan it is, when it started and ends, and a machine identifier so one licence runs on one machine. We keep purchase and refund records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete the rest when the licence ends.
If you email us instead, we hold that email thread and your address for as long as the matter is open, and then delete it.
Payments
Payment is arranged inside the ticket, and the payment method you use has its own privacy policy and holds its own record of the transaction. We see only what that method shows us — typically that a payment arrived and from whom.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it unless a tax or accounting rule requires us to keep a record longer. Deleting the data attached to a licence ends that licence.
To ask, open a ticket on our Discord or write to contact@essential.com. We can update this page; the date at the top always shows the current version.
