Use is permitted only for lawful purposes. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and comply with all applicable platform rules.

This is a product used to bypass pc checks. If anything is found in a check you will not be refunded, but notifying us what got you caught will let us fix the product to make it safer to use.

We are not responsible for actions or penalties applied by third-party platforms or services. We dont take care of ForceBans.

No reverse engineering, decompiling, tampering, resale, redistribution, or leaking of any files, methods, or private information.

Licenses will be terminated if abuse is detected. If we feel you are a threat to our product your license may be terminated or suspended. (Reverse Engineering) (Leaking Loaders or anything of that sort).

Refunds: by default, purchases are final. A refund may be issued ONLY in cases of verified compatibility issues on supported systems at our sole discretion.

No divulge any method/information about ANY Software provided by Essential Bypass.

We are dedicated to maintaining a professional, respectful, and orderly support environment.

All communications must remain courteous and appropriate at all times. Any form of abusive, hostile, or inappropriate conduct will result in appropriate disciplinary measures.

For the purpose of maintaining efficient case management, support tickets may be closed if no response is received within twenty-four (24) hours.

Should additional assistance be required thereafter, you may reopen the existing ticket or submit a new request at your convenience.

All software licenses are bound to the specific Hardware ID (HWID) of the machine used upon initial injection.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. HWID resets are granted at the discretion of the administration staff and may require proof of a legitimate hardware upgrade or PC replacement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys and account details.

Essential Bypass will not replace stolen, lost, or compromised keys resulting from user negligence. Treat your license as personal property.

The software may be temporarily taken offline for mandatory security updates, maintenance, or testing to ensure maximum stealth.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Compensation for downtime (such as adding extra time to active subscriptions) is entirely at the discretion of Essential Bypass.

By purchasing and utilizing this software, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with modifying game clients or bypassing anti-cheat mechanisms.

While our goal is to remain undetected, you accept all responsibility for any actions taken against your game accounts, including bans, suspensions, or loss of digital assets.

Essential Bypass reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the software after any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
